Butch Wilberger

Butch recently operated a family construction and development company. He has been involved with commercial development projects in Charlottesville, Lake Monticello, and Zion Crossroads. Butch is actively engaged in commercial sales including rural land and sites that are in transition for development. Butch’s expertise includes Seller Representation Services, Buyer Representation Services, and Fee Consulting Services.

Previously, Butch was in the banking industry for 23 years and had risen to the position of Area Executive Officer for Central Virginia. He received his Associate Degree in Business Administration from Strayer University, is a graduate of the Virginia Bankers School at the University of Virginia and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware.

In the community, Butch has served as past president of Downtown Charlottesville, The Falcon Club, and the Central Virginia Chapter of the Bank Administration Institute. He has offered his leadership skills to the community in activities with the Chamber of Commerce, Boy Scouts, National Wild Turkey Federation, Virginia Department of Farms & Inland Fisheries and is currently active in his church.
